Items typically ship via USPS within four business days of your order. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Please note that once USPS has the package, they are responsible for any delays, loss, or damage.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, simply fill out the form on the contact page and I’ll be happy to help. If you experience an issue with a piece—such as a broken chain or clasp—feel free to reach out so we can talk through possible repair options. Some repairs can be made, while others may not be possible, but I’ll always do my best for you.

Please keep in mind that turquoise is a softer stone, so I can’t be responsible for any stones that break after your order has been delivered.
